Ordering
Browse the selected charger, including exact cable length, finish, socket type and electrical rating. Prices shown for hardware do not include installation. Availability and supply arrangements may depend on the manufacturer and delivery destination. We provide an order confirmation through Shopify when your order is accepted.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Voltlink is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT on these sales. No VAT invoice will be issued while the business remains unregistered. The advertised price is the charger price, with any delivery charge shown separately at checkout. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Payments are processed through the payment methods presented at Shopify checkout. No installation service will be added to a hardware-only order without your express agreement.
Product Information
We take reasonable care with descriptions, model features and images. Manufacturer photographs or installation examples may show another finish or configuration; rely on the chosen specification on your order. Charging speed depends on your electrical supply, vehicle and installation.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and lead times are presented before an order is placed or agreed separately. If a delivery date has not been agreed, the standard legal obligation to deliver within 30 days applies, subject to applicable law. We will contact you regarding a material delay.
Installation Requests
An installation enquiry, calendar selection or survey form is not a confirmed booking. Any installation is subject to a site survey, agreed quote, scheduling with a competent electrician and a separate service agreement.
Cancellation and Returns
For eligible online consumer purchases, you normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation without giving a reason. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for the process and statutory exceptions. Your rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties depend on the purchased model, registration and their terms. They are additional to, and do not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
Liability and Law
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law prohibits such a limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or statutory consumer remedies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections applying to consumers in their home jurisdiction.
