Where We Deliver

Voltlink supplies chargers to eligible UK addresses through delivery methods shown at checkout. Installation service areas and delivery service areas may differ. Certain islands, remote postcodes and commercial freight deliveries may need a separate quote.

Delivery Charges

Voltlink is not currently VAT-registered and does not charge VAT on charger sales.

The delivery price, any restrictions and available services are shown before payment or agreed directly with you if a special freight service is needed. No installation charge is included in a charger-only product price.

Processing and Lead Times

Charger stock and supplier fulfilment times vary. Any quoted lead time is an estimate unless we expressly agree a delivery deadline with you. We will notify you of a significant delay and explain your options. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods must be delivered within the applicable 30-day statutory period.

Delivery Arrangements

Provide a correct address and a suitable contact number for deliveries. You should inspect packaging upon delivery and report visible damage promptly; doing so is not a condition of your statutory rights.
