Change-of-Mind Cancellation
For most goods ordered online by UK consumers, you can notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, without providing a reason. You then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain statutory exceptions can apply.
How to Cancel
Email us with your name, order number, delivery date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods [item], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”
Returns and Condition
Keep the charger, accessories and packaging safe. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods if told of that cost before purchase; where the trader bears that cost under applicable law, we will do so. For faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, contact us for an appropriate remedy and return arrangement.
Refund Timing
Where eligible, refunds include the basic delivery cost offered for the order, but not an additional amount paid for premium delivery. A refund is normally made within 14 days after the returned goods are received or we receive evidence they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Consumers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including remedies for goods that are not satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Manufacturer warranties are separate from those rights.
Installation
Where an installation service has been separately agreed, its cancellation terms and any payment for services already started must be disclosed and agreed separately under applicable consumer law.
